Brais interjected that the existing one hundred 10units <br /> would have to be identified. <br /> Mr. Fudala' s recollection being that most of the units are <br /> to be apartments . He suggested more apartments over- all are <br /> needed. <br /> Mr. Chace stated the initial numbers of 0 - 00 were <br /> suggested to be market/demand dicta ed. He has since come to the <br /> realization that the project has to be designed street by street <br /> for the purposes of the residential scenario. He stated the <br /> ashpee Commons Ltd.
