He <br /> further stated it to be the duty and function of this C mmittee <br /> to present Voter information in a clean and concise manner. <br /> At this point Selectman Marsters recognized Robert Brais for <br /> the purpose of informing and updating the Committee/Public on <br /> what has transpired to date. <br /> Mr. rais introduced Kenneth Kreutiger, a. Lard Planning <br /> Consultant, who was invited to attend the meeting in an attempt <br /> to better familiarize himself with project issues. <br /> Mr. Brans recapped the process and information beneficial to <br /> informing voters have been defined by the Committee.
