Storrs referred to East steeple Street existing and proposed <br /> zoning to be the same. Jobs Fishing Road and whitings oad- <br /> total trips per day would drop from approximately nineteen <br /> thousand six hundred (19, 600) cars per day down to fourteen <br /> thousand five hundred (14, 500) cars per day. It has been <br /> projected that in this form of neighborhood the trips drop <br /> between fifteen 1. and twenty-five (25) percent more because <br /> people walk {which has not been factored into these numbers) . <br /> The impacts from a traffic standpoint result in dramatically <br /> fewer cars . <br /> Mr. Brais asked if the base for existing zoning is the full <br /> build out potential of the property: to which Mr. Storrs <br /> answered, "No, it ' s what we had projected would occur. " <br /> 1r. Brais asked the build out potential of Job' s Fishing <br /> Road. 1r. Storrs answered, under~ existing zoning approximately <br /> one hundred and seventy--five thousand (175, 000) on the first <br /> floor and approximately half of the buildings projected would be <br /> two story. <br /> 1r. Storrs explained that projections for obrs Fishing Road <br /> and East Steeple street would have the same percentage as Mashpee <br /> Commons Special Permit . <br /> Both Mr. Fudala and Mr. Brais requested Mr. Storrs provide a <br /> Memorandum of calculations in this regard. <br /> Mr. Brais suggested peak hour traffic information be <br /> provided as well . <br /> ]r. whritenour noted this information would be critical at <br /> the point of determining the base line traffic mitigation <br /> component. <br /> Mr. Storrs agreed to provide a peak hour analysis for the <br /> next Meeting. <br />
