Mr. Storrs answered <br /> NEPA review would be warranted by the number of trips per day. <br /> Mr. Storrs explained the requirements and process of required <br /> State filings. <br /> The Town Planner explained Mashpee Commons is currently <br /> .involved in a ].SPA review, as well as a DRI review with the Cape <br /> Cod Commission. <br /> Outline of Zoning Issues and Process for May <br /> Mr. Storrs made reference to an amendment to the Commercial <br /> Center Bylaw originally written in 1996 . He stated if anything <br /> is to be given to the OSID, it would consist of minor Changes to <br /> the calculation component oI (Mr. Storrs and the Town <br /> Planner continue to review the Bylaws. ) <br /> Selectman Marters suggested further discussion of <br /> amendments to Bylaws tale place at the next Meeting, as well as <br /> written materials be provided for everyone t s benefit arra <br /> understanding thereof. (The Town Planner gave a further brief <br /> explanation of the proposed dimensional changes to the Commercial <br /> Center Bylaw. ) <br /> Mr. Storrs clarified the Bylaws deal with very different <br /> issues. Mashpee Commons Ltd. Partnership is proposing mirror <br /> dimensional amendments to the Commercial Center Bylaw, which <br /> would not change use, to be presented in May. Proposed <br /> amendments to the OSID Bylaw are to be presented in October, at <br /> the suggestion of the Town Planner. <br /> Mr, whritenour suggested- the procedure be made clear that <br /> the Commercial Center Bylaw dealing with dimensional variations <br /> impacting the Fast Steeple and North Market streets, as well as <br /> the commercial area of Job' s Fishing load and Town-wide <br /> commercial areas, be addressed at the May Town Meeting. <br /> Mr. Baker asked the Town Planner if said proposed changes <br /> would impact the impervious area; to which the Town Planner- <br /> responded, "I t shouldn' t, no. ,t "There would not be any change <br /> in the impervious surface coverage allowed by the Bylaw for the <br /> overall project that applies for a special Permit. " <br /> Selectman Marsters inquired if the total footprint would <br /> remain the same under current zoning. The Town Planner stated <br /> the overall piece that applied for the Permit would remain the <br /> same, but the property could be split into smaller lots where the <br /> numbers would vary, some would be very high footprint per lot, <br /> and some would be low. - - <br />
