Kane further~ stated she <br /> was present as a representative of the Mashpee Environmental <br /> Coalition, and that she was trying to follow the process for <br /> them, and suggested sufficient copies of handouts be made <br /> available in the future, Mr. Storrs apologized for the lack of <br /> materials and offered her his copy of the Report. <br /> Mr.. Storrs directed the Committee to page 8, the first <br /> Table, which indicates the neer of units by type proposed for <br /> each neighborhood; and to the following page which is a bedrooms. <br /> analysis. Mr. Storrs pointed out the following three Tables to <br /> be incorrect, the right-hand column; the left-hand coli however <br /> er <br /> is correct. He stated that all of the analysis were done on the <br /> correct number. <br /> Selectman Marsters recognized Edward Baker, who asked if <br /> nitrogen loading from all sources, not only that of wastewater <br /> had been taken into consideration. <br /> Mr. Storrs responded the issue of wastewater generation to <br /> be under discussion. The question of more or less impervious <br /> surface between existing and proposed zoning indicates they are <br /> very similar, but that a flied number would not be available <br /> until the next Meeting. <br /> Selectman Marsters inquired as to selectmen approval, if in <br /> fact a zoning amendment is anticipated for the May Warrant . <br /> Mr. Whritenour answered, the final opportunity the Selectmen <br /> ill have of taking any action will be at the March 23, 199 <br /> meeting. He advised Mashpee commons Ltd. Partnership that the <br /> Town Meeting Warrant is currently in a draft stage and has <br /> alfeady undergone its initial review by the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Basically, it is beyond the deadline for request of an Article. <br /> An affirmative Note of the Board of Selectmen would be required <br /> for acceptance of an Article at this point, which is allowable <br /> under the Law, although it is rather irregular to do so. <br /> Selectman Marsters made the point that the revisions would <br /> be required shortly. The Town Planner stated he has the proposed <br /> changes. Although it is not yet in the form of an Article, the <br /> changes are indicated within the text. <br /> Mr. Whritenour requested a preliminary Article, for <br /> Selectmen review, by the March 16th Selectmen' s Meeting as the <br /> March 23rd Meeting will be a final reading of the Warrant . The <br /> Town Planner stated if agreement to proposed changes were made at <br /> this Meeting, he would be able to submit a proposed Article the <br /> following day (March ll, 1998) .
