Kane � suggesting perhaps' a directive/mission statement would be helpful for clarification purposes. Mr. whritenour suggested MCLP follow through and conduct inforrational public hearings in o der to gain public support. Mr. Chace made reference to the Local Comprehensive Plan, noting the location of Mashpee Commons has been identified as' a Growth Center- -a location where development is encouraged.
