could be transferred from said open space property into Mashpee <br /> onrnons. <br /> o ID Bedroom Definition - This proposal is being made in an <br /> attempt to bring the definition of bedroom m into conformance with <br /> that of the State Title V Regulations. <br /> Amendments Removed from the Town Meeting Warrant - <br /> proposal which would increase bonuses for transferring <br /> development rights from industrial or commercial property was <br /> not supported by the MashpeeCommons- Advisory Committee. <br /> As well as, the receipt of residential unit bonuses for <br /> setting aside park areas developed within the commercial mixed- <br /> use development, which was supported by the Mashpee Commons <br /> Advisory Committee, but unanimously opposed by the Planning Board <br /> at their Public Hearing. <br /> Proposed Commercial Center Bylaw Amendments - would. enable <br /> Mashpee Commons to develop commercial buildings on individual <br /> lots, so they could ultimately be sola. It would also provide <br /> the Planning Board, under Special Permit, setbacks and lot sizes <br /> that differ from current zoning in order to allow the traditional <br /> style development associated with mashpee Commons, while allowing <br /> for the sale of individual lots. The ,Planning Board unanimously <br /> supported this Article at their Public Hearing. <br /> Mr. Fudala concluded his presentation. The Moderator opened <br /> the floor to questions and recognized Mr. Edward Baker. <br /> Mr. Barer made reference to comments made by the previous <br /> speaker as they relate to primary open space/multiplier. He <br /> requested further information from Mr. Fudala. <br /> Mr. Fudala responded there are four types of <br /> multipliers, each applied to this property, with a result of <br /> 30 . 8 bedrooms.. e slid not have exact numbers. ) Mr. Fudala <br /> further c lati f ied the area to he forty thousand (40, 000) square <br /> foot zoning. <br /> Mr. Baker also inquired as to single-family homes, one <br /> family detached dwellings, and single-family detached homes . <br /> Mr. Fudala responded one-f ami l y and single-family are <br /> considered to be the same; and townhouses are to he considered <br /> the same as well . <br /> Mr. Baker asked about waste water discharge multipliers. <br /> Mr. Fudala explained there is a multiplier of 1. 5 if <br /> resulting units are going to be connected to a sewage treatment <br /> plant. <br /> -4- <br />
