Mr. Chace spoke <br /> briefly to the .issues of traffic, fiscal, and wastewater, as well <br /> as the anticipated pace of development. <br /> Traffic Consultant, Joe Stpar of R.D. vnase & Associates, <br /> Inc. - Ivir. St par addressed the matter of existing traffic <br /> concerns as posed earlier by concerned citizens . He spoke in <br /> some detail with regard to the regulatory and technical <br /> processes. Mr. Stupar spoke to traditional neighborhood <br /> development, internal traffic, and the reduction of traffic on <br /> the surrounding roadway systems through design of the project . <br /> Mr. st p r mentioned meetings s have taken place with the Cape <br /> Cod Commission traffic staff regarding development of the study <br /> area. A joint review process between the State and the Cape Cod <br /> Commission will be conducted. <br /> Mr. stupar explained the technical process, referring to a <br /> visual map as he did s . He made reference to regional roadways <br /> and intersections which the developer is required to study. Mr. <br /> stupar also made reference to a Market study prepared for Mashpee <br /> Co ons retail and restaurant projects. <br /> Mr. Stupar spoke about Traditional Neighborhood Development <br /> and mined use opportunities. He then provided a summary of the <br /> Mashpee Commons Neighborhoods traffic. He also provided specific <br /> examples of off site traffic. Mr. stupar concluded at <br /> approximately p.m. <br /> Fiscal Impact Review, Jeff Bronow of Tischler & Associates, <br /> Inc. , an Economic Consulting Planning Firm, which provides <br /> fiscal., economic, and planning assessments for both the public <br /> and private sector. <br /> Mr. Bronow provided a brief smeary of the fiscal impact <br /> study, referring to the written report for specifics. <br /> He stated Town departments and service providers had been <br /> interviewed in order to discuss the project and obtain current <br /> levels of service, from which the fiscal impacts of the proposed <br /> -7- <br />
