Critical Path— <br /> Structural Steel delivery 3/9/09. <br /> E Construction Schedule—The contractor is currently on schedule, no issues to report.. <br /> g. MTL P — Full monthly re ort for December 08 sent to PJ, MPLCP funds to be kept in separate <br /> interest bearing account, disbursement schedule for first week in Feb 09, third payment to be <br /> requested at % completion ofproject, final 10% after 100% completion and audit. PA has spoken <br /> with PJ and she is happy at this time. She does want to revisit the Eligible vs. Ineligible budget and we <br /> have agreed to sit down at %completion and review. <br /> h.
