Coombs School - Mr. Feldman acknowledged "Teacher <br /> AppreciationWeek" during the first week of May; also, today <br /> was A.C.E.S. day with kudos to Marcie Mitchell-Williamson <br /> and Kristen Daly for them efforts; visit from Walpole Grade <br /> 2 pen pals took place; after-school programs began last <br /> week; Grade 1 and Grade 2 will travel to Pl.imoth Plantation; <br /> May 23rd is Grandparents and Special Friends Darr; and grant <br /> writing opportunities with seniors to begin. <br /> 5,, 3*2 Middle School - Mrs. Phillips reported that Grade 7 will <br /> visit Camp Lyndon; Peace Games will take place on May 10; <br /> School Council meeting on May 11; the Student Handbook is on <br /> schedule; the Spaghetti Dinner is scheduled for May 18; the <br /> A-Team Breakfast is set for May 11; Government Day is May <br /> 27; the playground is being assembled with aid from Falmouth <br /> Lumber and the DPW supplying men and machinery next week; <br /> Grade 4 to Plimoth Plantation while the kindergarteners will <br /> visit the woods Hole Aquarium during May. <br /> 5.4 Monthly F 94 Budget Update - Dr. DeMouara asked for any <br /> questions - there Frere' none from the Committee. <br /> 5 .5 Enrollments - Total enrollment is 1601 with 492 at Coombs, <br /> 837 at the Middle School and 272 students are enrolled at <br /> Falmouth High School.. <br /> 5, 6 Volunteer Brunch - May 26,, 1994 - Dr. Demoura. invited the <br /> Committee to the annual Volunteer Brunch to be held on May <br /> 26th.
