Grades K- - leave as is. <br /> *Consensus of Committee to support recommendation. <br /> 2, Grades -12 - beginning September 1995,eliminate all <br /> study periods to increase instructional time. <br /> - *Consensus of Committee to support recommendation. <br /> To be discussed during budgetary process. <br /> Review'Teachers Contract. <br /> . Eighth grade graduation will be the last day of school <br /> • <br /> inJune. <br /> *Consensus of Committee to support recommendation. <br /> 4. e91inning in September, 1995,eliminate.all release time <br /> days. It was noted that half days do not count for full days, <br /> *Consensus ofCommittee to support recommendadon. <br /> . Beginning in 1995, we will not count the day before <br /> Thanksgiving as an instructional day. <br /> . Beginning in 1995, school programs,clubs,etc. that do not <br /> support the core instructional subject will not be scheduled <br /> to conflict with the required instructional time. <br /> *Consensus of the School ComrrAttee to support the above <br /> recommendation. All recommendations wi be discussed with <br /> the I ashpee Teaehe s Association prior to institution. <br /> 5.6 CurficuIum Framework: <br /> Dr. DeMoura discussed the Curriculum Frameworks development <br /> process with the Comm-dttee as outlined by Dr. Robert Antonucci, <br /> Commissioner of the Department of Education. <br />
