The CirculationClerk job <br /> title is more descriptive of what the person , d'oes and mates it easier to <br /> compare it with other clerical duties . They are a grade below the other <br /> clerk positions in town and the job requires the same. types' of skills * <br /> There was a reclassification of Town Hall employees . Helene said that the work has <br /> become more technical . Currently the position is at Grade 3 and- other <br /> clerk positions are at Grade 4 . <br /> Helene said that she thought the town was working on a total- reclassi- <br /> fication. Bob Sullivan said that they are actually recommending a <br /> consultant be hired which is usually something that should be done every <br /> three years . <br /> With reference to the- Library Assistant position, Helene went on to say <br /> that. there is a level of expertise for someone ,to p�rovid-e. the ,L.A.N. . <br /> function because f the mature of the job. I requires research to verify 'it was published and then to <br /> locate it . <br /> Joe Dellagala asked how many hours the library was opened . Helene <br /> replied thirty-six hours a week .
