<br /> Mr. Blaisdell mentioned that because of the Conservation comments,he suggested that the
<br /> applicant meet with the Agent for their determination.
<br /> Mr. .Furbush told the applicants that there will be a conditioned made for the decision that
<br /> no business is allowed.
<br /> Karen Gangemi, who resides at 13 Seneca approached the Board and has no issues with
<br /> the garage.
<br /> Mr. Goldstein made a motion to approve the Variance for the North and West side of the
<br /> property for the request of a detached garage with the following conditions;
<br /> I. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a
<br /> Variance under Mass General Law 40A Section 10.
<br /> 2. This Decision addresses a request for a variance relating to certain dimensional
<br /> requirements of the Zoning Bylaw; nothing herein shall be deemed or construed to
<br /> authorize any use of or activity on the subject property or structures thereon beyond
<br /> that which is permitted in the Residential R-3 Zoning District in accordance with
<br /> the Land Use Regulations of the Zoning Bylaw(§§174-22 through 174-25).
