MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> MAY 9, 2018 <br /> Mr. Blaisdell seconded, yes, Mr. Pittsley, yes, Mr. Furbush, yes, and Mr. Gould yes. All <br /> were in favor. <br /> 46 Quail Hollow Road: Petitioner,Robb Sykes,PLS requests a Minor Modification to an <br /> existing Written Finding (FINDING-2017-66), and Variance (V-2017.67) for a change in <br /> the Form A Plan,and the lot coverage change on property located in an R-5 Zoning District, <br /> Map 58 Parcel 55, Mashpee, MA. (Owner of Record: Michael Cusack). <br /> Mr. Rob Sykes represented the homeowners for the minor modification to the house <br /> renovation project that was submitted a year ago with the Planning Board that subsequently <br /> was submitted to land court along with all the calculations that was required by the <br /> engineer. The engineer detected a couple things that needed to be changed on the Form A <br /> plan. This was all after the Zoning Board of Appeals plan was approved. The Form A Plan <br /> and Site Plan needed changes that had been reviewed by the Zoning Board of Appeals. <br /> Mr. Furbush read the submittal letter from Rob Sykes into the record. It described the <br /> modification to the lot area and lot coverage changes that were made to the plan. <br /> Scott Goldstein read the Inspection Department comments into the record. There were no <br /> comments from Board of Health. The project was approved by Conservation. <br /> Mr. Furbush read the Harbormaster comments into the record.No issues with any items on <br /> the Agenda. <br /> There were no comments from the audience. There were no more comments from the <br /> Board. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to issue a minor modification to the applicants at 46 Quail <br /> Hollow Road with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Minor <br /> Modification under Mass General Law 40A Section 6 & 9. <br /> 2. Certified Plot Plan — Cusack Residence, 46 Quail Hollow Rd, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Drawn by: Eastbound Land Surveying Inc., PO Box 442 Forestdale, MA. Specific reference to the March 27; 2018 revision which clearly outlines the <br /> difference in lot coverage from 11.7% to 13.1% due to the alteration of the rear lot <br /> line by land court. <br /> 4.
