MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> MAY 9, 2018 <br /> Mr. Blaisdell seconded,yes. Mr. Goldstein, yes, Mr. DeBarros, yes, Mr. Furbush, yes. All <br /> were in favor of the minor modification to the existing Written Finding (FINDING-2107- <br /> 66) and Variance (V-2017-67). <br /> 22 Pembroke Drive: Petitioner, ProGroup Contracting requests a Written Finding under <br /> §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for reconstruction of an existing 12 ft. x 26 ft. deck <br /> on property located in an R-3 Zoning District,Map 123, Parcel 78, Mashpee, MA. (Owner <br /> of Record: Janet Shemligan, Trustee). <br /> Mr. Leo Roias with ProGroup Contracting represented the homeowner for the deck repairs <br /> to the existing deck. He said his client wants to use the existing frame and put new railings <br /> and decking. Upon inspection of the deck they found the frame was not conforming to <br /> current code. When he tried to apply for the permit, the Building Department told him that <br /> the lot is non-conforming. He is not changing the deck in any shape or form. The footprint <br /> will remain the same and it will be re-built to code. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell read the Conservation Comments into the record; is not in wetlands <br /> jurisdiction. There were no comments from Board of Health. <br /> Mr. Goldstein read the Inspection Department comments into the record. <br /> The Board did not have any more comments. There were no comments from the audience. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to issue a Written Finding to the applicant for the deck with the <br /> following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written <br /> Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. Site Plan &Aerial View---Proposed Deck Repair for Lisa Hyde,22 Pembroke Dr., <br /> Mashpee, MA. Drawing No. CLI, Scale: 1" = 20', Drawn by: amp, Project. No.: <br /> 2018-32, Submitted by: Comprehensive Design-Build Services. A Division of <br /> Integrated House Wrights,LLC,PO Box 578 W. Wareham,MA 02756, Signed by. <br /> Jonathan J.
