7. <br /> 9 . Description of development: <br /> a. number of units to be built, and acreage <br /> 'b . type of building to be constructed, masonry, wood <br /> frame <br /> C . approval , if necessary, under the Jones Act, <br /> Coastal Wetlands Act, the Hatch Act and the Inlands <br /> Wetlands Act and the Town of Mashpee Wetlands <br /> Regulations <br /> d . names, approximate location, and widths of adjacent <br /> streets . <br /> e . description of the topography of the site <br /> f . location and width of proposed street <br /> g . floor plan of typical unit, and typical elevations <br /> and typical section <br /> h. overall site plan of development <br /> i . projects shall contain a statement of the <br /> environmental impact in terms of traffic, fire, <br /> schools, recreation and the effect on open space <br /> and the natural environment . <br /> CHAPTER 593 OF THE ACTS OF 1989 <br /> The Mashpee Board of Appeals has adopted the provisions of <br /> Chapter 593 of the Acts of 1989 relative to the Establishment of <br /> Special Accounts as follows : <br /> 1 . When reviewing an application for a Special <br /> Permit/Variance the Board may determine that the assistance of <br /> outside consultants is warranted due to the size, scale or <br /> complexity of a proposed project or because of a project ' s <br /> potential impacts . The Board may require that applicants pay a <br /> "consultants fee" consisting of the reasonable costs incurred by <br /> the Board to assist in the review and analysis of an application . <br /> 2 . The fee shall be paid for each application or <br /> subsequent submittal which the Board deems necessary to have <br /> reviewed or analyzed by outside consultants . <br /> 3 . In hiring outside consultants, the Board may engage <br /> engineers, planner, lawyers, urban designers or other appropriate <br /> professionals who can assist the Board in analyzing a project to <br /> ensure compliance with all relevant laws, ordinances/by-laws and <br /> regulations . <br /> 4 . Funds received by the Board pursuant to this section <br /> shall be deposited with the municipal treasurer who shall <br /> establish a special account for this purpose . Expenditures from <br /> this special account shall be made to carry out the Board ' s <br /> responsibilities under state and local regulations and only in <br /> connection with the specific project or projects for which a <br /> consultant ' s fee has been or will be collected from the <br /> applicant . <br />
