Rdate - Dr a DeMoura fielded questions <br /> on the budget which included Dr. Petti's regarding line ' item <br /> 2600 (Audiovisual Program) -- does this include repairs, <br /> equipment, etc. Dr. DeMoura said it also includes the <br /> audiovisual technician's salary. Mrs. Dunivan asked about <br /> the Superintendent's printing, that it had no more money in <br /> the line item. Disc ssl n followed between Mrs. Dunivan and <br /> Hr. DeMoura where Mrs. Dunivan stressed that Lino items <br /> should be adhered to, Dr DeMoura stated that the function/ <br /> bottom line is most important, not the individual line <br /> iters. Ms. Gibbs asked about line item 2400 "Textbook <br /> Program. " Hr. DeMoura said no textbooks will be ordered for <br /> the remainder of the school. year. Dr. DeMoura warned the <br /> Committee that the FY95 budget will reflect supplies not <br /> purchased in FY94 and "This is an extremely tight budget, <br /> nip and tuck-type of year. " <br /> Dr. Petti went on record saying, "I have been on this <br /> Committee for 14 years and never, never has there been any <br /> secret about the budget and I'm getting sick and tired of <br /> the implications. The townspeople have always known how our <br /> money's being spent. We always talk about our budget even <br /> month at our meeting and any point is the Town gave us X Jr <br /> number of dollars, a have that to work with and if we say <br /> witnin that budget, we are doing very well and we own not one <br /> nothing. And I just want the money to go to the kids. " <br /> 5 .5 Enrollments - Dr, DeMoura informed the Committee of the <br /> latest enrollment figures which show a total of 1,581 <br /> students in preschool through Grade 12 while 56 are enrolled <br /> at Cape Cod Tech. <br /> vT. . 1 Crisis Management Plan - Policy HFA, JHFBo JHFC, JFHD <br /> Specifically JHE FE-E HFF HF JF -R - As was discussed at the <br /> Assigned December regular meeting, the School Committee tonight voted <br /> Un �n,ished on adopting this new policy regarding crisis management, <br /> Business On a motion made by Mr. Consal.vi and seconded by Ms. Gibbs, <br /> the Committee voted to approve the Crisis Management Plan a <br /> printed,. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> Dr. Petti suggested sending out letter of commendation to <br /> these on the crisis management team. Dr. DeMoura will. do <br /> Soo <br /> Dr. DeMoura informed the Committee of the next inservice <br /> date where this policy will be discussed and invited members <br /> to attend. The inservice date is Monday, January 24, 1994 . <br /> 6.2 Revised Policy EEACA-R - As discussed at December's meeting, <br /> this policy was revised to describe what to do in case of an <br />
