Mrs. hills said this was not the <br /> forum to discuss this issue. <br /> Mr. Paxton said correspondence had been received from the Teachers' <br /> Association regarding long-term substitute teacher pay. In its letter, the <br /> Association said they would like to discuss increasing a substitute <br /> teacher's daily rate from $50.00, r-. I eMoura will get the figures <br /> together for next year. <br /> 5.1.2 'Tribal council - An invitation was forwarded to the school <br /> Department from the Tribal council inviting everyone to the First Annual <br /> Mid-Winter Ball on March 7, 1997 from :00 .m.-- midnight. <br /> STI. There was no input this evening. Student Advisory Council President <br /> Student Ashley Davis said everything is going well. <br /> Advisory CouncU <br /> DTII. 7.1 Personnel - Dr. DeMoura announced the following personnel <br /> Report of appointment: <br /> the Super- <br /> intendent <br /> u r- <br /> int nut Joseph Aug n lick, Network Manager <br /> 7.2 Food Service Ui2date - Dr. I eMoura said the profit for January was <br /> $872.19. <br /> He thea discussed area school lunch prices which are based dependent <br /> upon the number of free and reduced lunches. In his memo, Dr. <br /> DeMoura recommended increasing the lunch prices at the high school <br /> o- l Torn $1.25 t $1.50 and an increase in milk price from $.25 t $.30 <br /> in all schools. Mrs. Lynch asked how much money is currently in the <br /> account. Dr. I eMoura said he will find out. Mrs.- Lynch asked which- <br /> school-is taking the loss? Ir. IeMoura responded saying the high school <br /> is due to the way in which it began its operation in September. Mrs. <br /> Lynch suggested applying this loss to the lawsuit currently underway <br /> with the contractor, stone, in order to recoup the.losses. <br /> At this point, Ashley Davis, Student Advisory Council President, said that <br /> when the Grade 9 student's arrive at the cafetorium for lunch, there are <br /> no lunches left.
