I eMoura said M sh ee will receive <br /> $91,500 from, the "Enrollment Aid Reserve"" account issued by the <br /> Department of Education School Finance Services. <br /> 7.12 High School Curriculum Efforts - Director of Instruction Patricia <br /> is <br /> parolski updated the Committee on new staff curriculum efforts and <br /> workshops which included Spanish, French, Business, Chemistry and <br /> Environmental Science, Law & You, civics, American Government, World <br /> Civilization II, English, Bath, and Science. <br /> 7.13 Assessment of 1996 Summer Program - Discussed earlier in the <br /> evening. <br /> VIII. 8.1 Lunch 'rices - 1997-1998 School Year - Discussed earlier in the <br /> Specifically meeting. <br /> Assigned/ <br /> Unfinished nished .2 School-Linked Services - Dr. DeMoura told the Committee that <br /> Business he had received a telephone call earlier in the day from the coordinator o <br /> this program and had asked to be canceled on the agenda tonight. Mrs.Lynch suggested that because this topic has been on previous agendas <br /> with no presentation given, to save on paper consumption, the lengthy <br /> handouts be retuned to the Superintendent's Secretary for possible <br /> future use in upcoming packets. <br /> .3 Business Manager dols I escri tion - Mrs. Lynch asked to include <br /> under "Perfoa.nce Responsibilities" wording that could provide <br /> financial reports to the School Committee monthly or as requested. <br /> Motion made by Mr. Paxton, seconded by Mrs. cook, to accept the <br /> Business Manager job description as revised and the School Committee <br /> will sign the contract for that position. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br />
