NOTE: Unanimous I . 2.1 Special Meeting of May 29, 1997 - Motion made by FIs. Macdonald, Approval of seconded by Mrs. Cook, to approve the minutes of the special meeting Minutes held on May 29, 1997. There were some concerns raised with the contents of these minutes and clarification on some topics need to be answered. Dr. I eMoura will preview these minutes and will present again at the next meeting. 2.2 Public Hearing ofJure 4, 1997 - Motion made by Mrs. Cook, seconded by Mr. Paxton, to approve the minutes of the public hearing o Tune 4, 1997. VOTE: Unanimous 2.4 Joint Meeting with School Building Committee -- June 24, 1997 - Motion made by Mrs.. Mills, seconded by Mr. Paxton, to approve the minutes of the joint meeting between the School Corr mitt and the School wilding Committee of June 24, 1997 as amended. Mrs. Lynch noted that #7 regarding the purchase of a concession stand and caress box. She said the School Building Committee's response of "no" should be added. Also, Mrs. Cook clarified her concerns of"soil" not "ground atee getting into the open tanks around the treatment station at the high school. VOTE: Unanimous
