Facilities.Report - Dr. DeMoura asked if theCommittee itthad <br /> any questions regarding Mr. cool's report. Mr. Paxton asked if the <br /> Board of Selectmen have agreed to pay for the flooring and shelving <br /> issues at the high school? Dr. DeMoura explained that a memo <br /> had leen generated to the Board of Selectmen en stating these <br /> expenses would not exceed $27,000. As of this date, no response <br /> had been received. <br /> Mrs. Dills questioned the upstairs flooring in the high school and <br /> why the file had to be replaced. lir. DeMoura said that they were <br /> chemical bums. Also, the tiles on the ground level are showing <br /> discoloration. Mrs. Mills asked to have the high school's flooring <br /> problems Mated in writing as to cause and why these situations <br /> are occurring. <br /> Mrs. Lynch asked Dr. Lel loura to devise a list of any new <br /> additions to current grounds and high school clearing contracts. <br /> Dr. DeMoura said Mr. cook and the new Superintendent of <br /> Schools should handle those issues but he will forward some <br /> suggestions regarding her request. <br /> 7.5 EY99Budget Review --- Dr. DeMoura asked for questions. <br /> Ms. Macdonald expressed concerns over class size in grade 7. <br /> 7.6 Toni Collins' Letter Dr. DeMoura explained as <br /> informational a Torn Collins letter dated September 2 , 1998 to <br /> Selectman Nancy Caffyn in which Chapter 70 aid is addressed. <br />
