Each comment follows the <br /> format laid out in my pervious letter dated July 25, 2012. <br /> torrnwater Management <br /> I. Revisions and pipe sizes are acceptable. <br /> . The test pits for storm water should be done as soon as possible so avoid <br /> unnecessary changes and design dtie to unforeseen soil conditions. A data <br /> certain should be worked out ahead of the schedule to advertise for <br /> construction hid documents. <br /> 3. 1 am stall of the opinion that rain garden 3 should be constructed to its full extent <br /> at the beginning. If, however, constructing the entire rain: garden with <br /> plantings is not ideal because of low runoff flows, -the rain garden might be <br /> divided accordingly by a temporary berm with the most remote part being <br /> planted at a later date. If that is accepted, a suitable plan should be shown. <br /> 4. Comment accepted <br /> 5, Comment accepted. <br /> 6. comment accepted. Elevations checked against plan. <br /> 7, See Item 2 above. <br /> Ladder Tower Turning Radius Plan <br /> 1. A note to the effect that site amenities will be coordinated with anticipated truck <br /> movements should be shown on the plan. <br /> Roadway construction Plans <br /> I. Comment accepted. <br /> Sheet 2 of 1 <br /> 1. Plan view dimensions were found for the bottom of SWIVIA 2 and 3. The full size of <br /> Area 3 should be shown even if only a portion of it is built at this time. Appropriate <br /> notes should accompany the dimensioning for that area. <br /> . A note for jute netting has been placed on the plans. However the Swale will carry <br /> to the beginning of the SWMA and should be noted as such on the profiles. <br /> 3. road names have been added to the plan view of the layout. Plan sheets that still <br /> indicate roads "A„, "133;, and "C” should be adjusted accordingly. <br />
