Kar Perry stated that she <br /> felt that there should be no warning and that the fine <br /> should be issued during the initial visit by the Police. <br /> Mrs .. Jacobson mored to adopt the Anti-NoiseBY-Law of <br /> Barnstable with change to Section 3 . - The fine will be <br /> $100 . 00 fine for each offense b <br /> . Wendy Rubin discussed, with the Board the fact that there i <br /> minimal staffing at all beaches. Also discussed was a <br /> letter from Loring Spencer, Gate Attendant at Ataqu i n Park, <br /> informing Ms . Rui n that she is not available to work a <br /> Attaquin Park any longer for safety reasons . It was agreed <br /> that the hiring Procedure for next year would be that gate <br /> attendants and lifeguards would not be hired for specific <br /> beaches . <br /> Mrs. Jacobson moved to allow minimal staffing all beaches <br /> for the remainder of the season. Mr . Gottlieb seconded the <br /> motion. All were in favor . t <br /> 7. Mrs . Jacobson mored to declare that a special emergency <br /> involving the public hea l h existed between een m y I and July <br /> 28v 1988, The dec 1 arat i on of th i s emergency w•i 1 1 perm i t the <br /> Town to Pay -the f i rm of Robert Ch i l d , I ne, for $7, 000 for <br /> rental of a bulldozer during that period to operate the <br /> landfill . Mr . Gottlieb seconded "the motion * Mr. Lawrence <br /> and her. Carter were in favor. Mr. Hanson was opposed. <br /> 1 Mr , Gottlieb mored that the Board of Selectmen adopt an <br /> Order- of Assessment for Betterments and Order of Taking of <br /> the fee in land in Mash ee, Barnstable County, <br /> Massachusetts , known as Ashumet Avenue, Cranberry Avenue, <br /> Highland S treet, Highview Avenue, Hillside Avenue, Hilltop <br /> Road, Pinecrest Avenue, Valley Road, wheeler Road, and <br /> Woodland Avenue. Mr. Carter seconded the motion. All were <br /> in favor. <br /> . Mr. Carter moved to taut the following article submitted by <br /> the gown Clerk on the Warrant for the November Special Town <br /> Meeting: <br /> To See If the Town willraise ro r I ,e or transfer <br /> from available funds the sum of $5, 513 to fund the Elections <br /> and Registration Adm* Clerk position from January I -to <br />
