A variance of 47"had <br /> previously been approved by the Board of Health, however, clue to a change in <br /> the Bordering vegetated wetland line by the Conservation Commission,.ission, the <br /> variance being requested is noir 4 '. <br /> Mr. Grana motioned to grant the variance as requested in a cover letter from <br /> Cape & Islands Engineering dated March 2, 2000 with the stipulation that <br /> micro-fast denitrification unit be installed. Mr. Ball seconded the motion. <br /> Motion passed. <br /> . Variance request__ 157 Monomoscoy Road <br /> Mr. Paul Lalito ofLEC Environmental was in attendance for this agenda item. <br /> The applicant is requesting the following variances: 1 'variance from the <br /> leaching facility to the cellar wall, 'variance from the leaching facility to the <br /> septic tank, a 82'variance from the leaching facility to the edge of the coastal <br /> wetland, a 22'variance from the leaching facility to the well across the street, <br /> and a variance to install a F'AS'T' denitrification system. <br /> Mr. McQuaid expressed his concern regarding the plans. He stated that he <br /> would prefer to see a variance to the sideline than the foundation. <br /> Mr. Ball indicated that he would like to see a coating on the floor and walls o <br /> the foundation in addition to the ultra-violet light system. <br /> IF <br /> Mr. Lalito indicated that the septic system would be roved slightly from what is <br /> on the plan in order to accommodate parking and turn-around space. <br /> Mr. erarn motioned to grant the variances requested with the stipulation that <br /> revised plans are submitted to the Health Agent for approval. Mr. Ball <br /> seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> 7. Emergency failure certification- 264 Fells Pond Road <br /> .[r. McQuaid stated that the leach pit is full and bacldng up into the house. <br /> The installation of two500-gallon dwells and a distribution box is necessary. <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the Emergency Failure <br /> Certification form. <br /> 8. Definitive subdivision plan - 80Z84 Punkhorn Point Road <br /> Mr. cram motioned to approve the definitive subdivision plan for 80/84 <br /> Punkhorn Point Road. Mr. ball seconded the motion.
