MINUTES January 18, tool 3 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> i <br /> Mr. Kirrane further indicated that a Clivus Multrim composting toilet system would d b <br /> a possibility if the Board required it, <br /> Ms. Warden stated that if the Board approved the mounded system it would be the <br /> first time such an approval was granted in Mashpee. <br /> Mr. Doherty noted that the plan shows a linear distance of 6 ' from the mean high <br /> grater/BTT line, which is less than has ever been granted by the Board of Health <br /> before. Usually the Board will grant down to ' ' with a denitrification unit, but 68' <br /> was asking.a lot. <br /> Mr. Kirrane stated that the lot has marry constraints and that they were trying to <br /> design the system in a way that would get it as far back as possible from the- retland <br /> areas. If the Board is more comfortable with the Clivus Multrim system, they are <br /> prepared to utilize that type of system for the environmental benefits. <br /> Mr. Santos stated that they are looking for a variance from a side property line and a <br /> full hearing with abutter notification would be necessary <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to continue this item until further design changes can be <br /> explored.
