Temporary Food Stand Permit request- Mr. Evans relayed, ".Tumor Achievement, non-profit organization, is requesting a temporary food stand permit on September 1 1191997 at Cornlier's Shell Station to sell hot dogs and popeorn, 11r. Cram motioned to grant a temporary food stand permit to Junior Achievement on September 10 & 11, 1997 at Cormier's Shell Station and to waive the required fee with the stipulation the organization- provides proof of non-profit status, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. 10. Perc test extension request, 12 Squaw's Lane - 1VIr, McQuaid relayed, "On November ember we forwarded a letter to the applicant in onnm* them thewe granted a final six month extension which expired May 7, 1997," "Over five years has passed since the lot was perked." Mr. Cram motioned to deny the request for a pere extension, Mr.- Doherty seconded, all agreed. 11. variance reguest, 13 Palmer Road - Ir. McQuaid relayed, `This is a pre- approved subdivision." `The applicant is requesting a 4' local variance from the proposed on-site leaching facility to the existing well and a 25' local variance from the proposed on--site leaching facility to abutting well ##19 Palmer Toad . Mr. Doherty motioned to grant the variances as stated by Mr. McQuaid, Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. 12.
