Doherty <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> *NEWBUSINESS***** <br /> Brush from Hurricane Edouard <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to allow residents to bring in brush from the hurricane unto <br /> September ber l , 1996 however, the diameter shall not exceed 4" and the length shall not <br /> exceed ', Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br />
