"Iron <br /> unfortunately, is not a prumary water duality issue it is a secondary.,, "It doesn't pose <br /> health problem it is a tasting, staining problem." "We had Mr. Haney agree to have an <br /> engineer design 'Title v systcros for all the old cesspool systems throughout the park." <br /> "He had agreed to upgrade the systems on a minimal basis of five per year including failed <br /> systems which would have to be repaired immediately." "The D.E.P. has since notified <br /> the Board of Health and Mr. Haney that in fact, the local Board of Health has no authority <br /> over septic systems in the traer park." "For some reason that belongs under the <br /> jurisdiction f the Stat .17 "'Even though he had agreed to upgrade five systems per year <br /> we can't issue a permit for that unless it's in failure in which case we can issue an <br /> emergency failure permit.' Chapter 140, subsection 32 A - Q are to be complied <br /> with including our original agreement with Mr. Haney that he file a plan for public water <br /> to service the park and the other provisions that we had stated prior to his purchasing the <br /> property, Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. <br /> Mr. Ball stated, "I also think that the agents should locate the area of the oil spill <br /> and determine whether they are properly disposing of the cesspool material." <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "We would also like a consultation with the wiring inspector a <br /> to his findings.' <br /> APPOINTMENT- William Frigon - Augat Update <br /> Mr. William rigon, 1 Ir.
