"The D.E.P. has since notified the Board of Health and Mr. Haney that in fact, the local Board of Health has no authority over septic systems in the traer park." "For some reason that belongs under the jurisdiction f the Stat .17 "'Even though he had agreed to upgrade five systems per year we can't issue a permit for that unless it's in failure in which case we can issue an emergency failure permit.' Chapter 140, subsection 32 A - Q are to be complied with including our original agreement with Mr. Haney that he file a plan for public water to service the park and the other provisions that we had stated prior to his purchasing the property, Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. Mr. Ball stated, "I also think that the agents should locate the area of the oil spill and determine whether they are properly disposing of the cesspool material."
