Mr. Dovar e said that he thinks he <br /> knows the amount that is due now and once the bill is paid <br /> the ta.x department will send proof to the A.B,C,C. and they <br /> will release the license. He is asking' the Board for time <br /> to get 'this straightened out. r-. Devane said that he i <br /> willing to go to the Department of Revenue and pair the bill <br /> than take the proof to the A.B.C.C. himself, <br /> Chin. Garland asked what the decision of the Board wa. . <br /> sel. Garland feels the license is illegal. <br /> Executive Secretary explained that Laaa Family Trust had <br /> applied for the 'transfer on Februrr 17 , 1983. The Board <br /> approved it on Larch 30 , 1983 and in June the State notified <br /> the Town to. hold back on the transfer because of non payment <br /> of taxes'. On August 1 , 1983 to .B.C,C, disapproved the <br /> i transfer. He stated that it has only been pproximatel.y two <br /> weeks since the transfer was denied and he immediately notified <br />
