Terry mbved to go into .Executi e Session to discuss strategy <br /> with respect to litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect <br /> on the litigating position of the governmental body. Seconded by. Sel. Hansen. <br /> Motion carried. Chm. Garland pealed the Board and stated that the regular <br /> meeting would teconvene. Sel. Terry - I , Sel, Hanson - I , Chm.
