Selectman <br /> credit is the contractor going to give the town if he does <br /> not have to move the excess fill off the site? Mr . Laycock <br /> said that because of the fact that he held his bid at the <br /> town request , he is looking for help from the town to da it <br /> at no cats <br /> Selectman Hanson said that he had no problem with the f i l <br /> going into the ravine 15 to 20 feet but that he would like <br /> time to dwell n the other things discussed. l ec tman <br /> Thomas and Terry agreed. <br /> i <br /> Mr . fie said that all they wanted was consideration from the <br /> Selectmen to go along with it and that they would report back <br /> to the Selectmen . <br /> ;1 - New England Telephone Hearing - Application for <br /> proposed conduit and one open-cut road crossing on Red Brook <br /> Egad. The representative from the telephone company <br /> explained t the Board that application is for two conduits <br /> along fled Brook Fd starting near the intersection of <br /> Monomoscoy Road and running easterly. The proposed cut would <br /> } be at the surface of Surf Drive . He said that it is his1 <br /> understanding that there is a seam there and they would be <br /> cutting along the seam. <br /> Ernie Virgilio concurred that there was a crack across the <br /> road and that they have agreed to da a quite of bit of paving <br /> which i l l help the town . He said that he did not have a <br /> problem in that location a long as they cross where the seam <br /> is in the road. <br /> Selectman Terry moved to allow petition -639 for proposed <br /> conduit and one open-cut road crossing on Red Brook Road,, <br /> Selectman Thoras seconded. All in favor. <br /> * -- Continuation of limousine licen hearing for James <br /> Allick of 675 Gleneagle Drive. Communication from the <br /> Building Inspector was reviewed by the Board dated October 24 <br /> and October 3 arra from the Police Chief received October 15 <br /> (copies attached) . <br /> Selectman Hanson asked Mr . Allick if he was looking far a <br /> license to operate a limousine serolce in the Town of <br /> a hpee Mr . Allick replied that he was asking for a livery <br /> permit, Selectman Hansom asked if he were asking for <br /> permission to park in his yard an Gleneagle Drive? <br />
