Selectmen received an article from the Animal Control Officer relative to 7-1 <br /> the Leashing or Restraint of Dogs. <br /> Selectman Thomas moved' to include the article in the December 2 special town <br /> meeting. Selectman Manson seconded. All were in favor, <br /> 10. Selectmen received a letter from the District Highway Engineer commending the <br /> Police Department and Fire Department for their quick and gaul-ified-response <br /> to an accident which occurred at the Mashpee Rotary. <br /> 11. The Board of Health had instead of submitting a supplementary budget requested <br /> a lump of money which would be d signated after the special town meeting. <br /> Mr. Murphy pointed out that this was brought to the Boards attention to allow <br /> plenty of time to notify the Board this cannot be done this way. <br /> 12. Selectmen received notification from the Department of Revenue relative to the <br /> increase in the Fiscal Year 1986 Cherry Shieet. This increase is the result of <br /> the efforts of the Assessor' s relative to South Cape Beach. <br /> APPOINTMENTS HEARINGS <br /> :19 — Mr. D. e Hall from Cape Cod Planning and Economic Development Commission <br /> was in to answer any questions the Board may have relative to the SEMASS <br /> contract. <br />
