<br /> being to make sure that there are ah ah no conflicts wi th
<br /> existing statutory law or town by-laws or things of that sort. '
<br /> And that , I , all of this ime period when I drew the contract , it
<br /> was between the town and Dr . David ubrey# But when I had the
<br /> contract presented for my approval , David G. Aubrey' name had
<br /> been deleted and Aubrey Consulting, Incorporated had been
<br /> inserted therein . And that was the first time that I became
<br /> aware of the existence of this corporation. I spoke to Dave
<br /> Aubrey and he indicated that at one of the meetings he attended,.
<br /> and he's been here a number of times; we've had numerous
<br /> meetings with Dr*. Aubrey over the project , and he indicated h
<br /> intended to try to - he was going to incorporate, I told hire,
<br /> and very honestly so, that I didn't recollect such a conversa-
<br /> tion

<br /> tiori . I do remember , Dr. Aubrey, though indicating that he
<br /> thought he might be in a position to get insurance. He rade that
<br /> statement somewheres in the past month or two, Somewheres along
<br /> the line , I have a definite recollection of that s

<br /> but , but he may have said that too. That's not to say he didn't
<br /> say it . I'm not suggesting for one minute that he didn't say i t.
