Pithe and Bowes Contract i+, r•,i;'- The Executive Secretary advised the Board that Pitney and Bowes lost the contract which was executed by the Board. He asked the ' Board to execute a new contract. Lawrence : I make a motion to go into Executive Session to discuss the fact that ah there are ah the contract would effect the fact that we are within legal negotiations with the Town of Barnstable . Se l . Thomas: No. Executive Secretary: There is pending an appeal of the Barnstable Conservation Commission-,*s decision on this to an adjudicary hearing. To that extent , that would be the litigation involved with the Town Se l . Thomas: As I understand i t , that is not the subject matter ter to be discussed.
