the proration of the executive director salary schedule (which doesn't affect the budget
monetarily at all). The chair signed off on the corrected schedule and it was re-submitted to
DHCD. Mrs. Botsford spoke to DHCD earlier this week and hopes to receive the approved
Fiscal Year 2018 budget by the end of the fiscal year, June 30, 2018.
The warrants for signature tonight are for the month of April and May 2018 and total as follows:
April: $48,412.78 for 4001, $ 44,936,00 for MRVP, $39,897.56 for Asher's Path Apartments, $
7,743.36 for HAP, and $15,719.41 for Great Cove Community. May: $61,244.07 for 4001, $
44,479.00 for MRVP, $88,528.21 for Asher's Path Apartments, $ 7,825.38 for HAP, and
$12,919.79 for Great Cove Community.
We have only one resident with a balance at Homeyer Village and a 14 Day Notice to Quit has
been issued. Carol has worked really hard at filling the vacancies. We now just have one at
Great Cove Community.
A motion was made by Richard Halpern and seconded by Jill Allen to accept the
Treasurer's Report as presented. The motion carried.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT & UPDATES:
Mrs. Botsford stated that she had mailed her report for April and May and added the following:
• We received our first payment from the net-metering solar contract we signed a few
years ago. $1,248.71 was received.
• Since the budget year is almost over and DHCD has not yet approved the budget,
once it is approved, Mrs. Botsford would like permission to issue retro-active pay
raises to staff who are eligible. The chair stated this can be taken up in other
business.
• Things have been very busy in Mattapoisett but going well.
• Both Brewster and Carver are also running well.
AHVP Vouchers: We have 2 AHVP voucher holders leased
MRVP VOUCHERS (MOBILE): Currently we have 31 voucher holders leased.
MRVP Project Based Vouchers: We currently have 38 PB vouchers leased.
The chair stated that a lot of credit goes to Mrs. Botsford and staff for being so efficient the past
couple months; the fact that we were able to meet only once in the past two months and the
agenda has little outstanding business is a testament to the good work folks are doing.
OLD BUSINESS: none
NEW BUSINESS:
