Planning Board - Article for Annual Town Meeting. <br /> This article seeks authorization for the Planning Board to obtain <br /> consulting services to review and assess surface or ground water <br /> quality impacts of proposed subdivision or other developments re- <br /> quiring review by said Board and further, to raise and appropriate <br /> $5,000. to pay any costs associated with said consulting services . <br /> Mr. Fudala gave explanation. It was agreed that this article must ' <br /> be re-worked and re-worded being not specific as is . Mr. Hanson and <br /> Mrs . Thomas voted to include this article on the warrant after <br /> approved modification. The vote was 2-1. <br /> c . Town Planner - Article for Annual Town Meeting.. <br /> Article seeking $20,000. to be used to obtain engineering services <br /> related to Noisy Hole Road between Sunset Strip and State Route 28 <br /> and Sampsons Mill Road between State Route 28 and Simons Road, etc . <br /> Mr. Fudala explained this article . After discussion, it was unani- <br /> mously agreed to place this article on the Warrant. <br /> d. Town Planner - Article for Annual Town Meeting. <br /> This article seeks to accept the layout and definition of a portion <br /> of Great Hay Road said portion being dated November 18, 1986 and <br /> entitled "Ramor Estates , etc . ' The vote to include this article on <br /> the Varrant was unanimous . <br /> e . Town Planner — Article for Annual Town Meeting <br /> • Article seeks to authorize the Board of Selectmen to sell or other- <br /> wise assign a perpetual easement for roadway and utility purposes <br /> to the Dolphin Bay Corporation, its heirs and assignees , over a <br /> portion of that parcel of Town-owned land identified on the 1985 <br /> Mashpee Assessors ' Maps as Map 61 , Plot 3 , said portion being shown <br /> on a plan entitled "Proposed Easement Plan, Town of Mashpee/Dolphin <br /> Bya, etc . It was uani.mously agreed to place this article on -he <br /> Warrant for Annual Town Meeting. <br /> f. Town Planner - Assistant Town Planner. Mr. Fudala <br /> inquired as to the status of the contract for the Assistant Town <br /> Planner. The Executive Secretary stated that the contract is in- <br /> cluded in the budget. The Board of Selectmen was unanimously agreed <br /> that this contract would be shown. in the budget and not as a separate <br /> article . <br /> OLD BUSINESS : <br /> 1. Tax Classification. In a memorandum dated February 24, <br /> 1987, Mr. Murphy requested that the Board of Selectmen vote to adopt <br /> percentage figures of the total tax levy as shown on Column "C" of <br /> the form attached to that memorandum. He noted that these figures <br /> vary slightly from. those previously voted because the amount of value <br /> of personal property was increased by $425,000. Mrs. Thomas made <br /> motion to rescind the previous vote concerning total shares and to <br /> adopt revised figures as shown in column "C" as submitted . Mr. Lawrence <br /> . seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous .. <br />
