Mashpee <br /> Charter Commission Member, Mary LeClair, was present to review and <br /> answer questions relative to a, questiona.ire submitted to the Board <br /> by the Commission. The questionaire addresses functions which Town <br /> Officials feel may b.e conducted on a. Cape Cod regional basis and <br /> ways by which the Cape Cod regional government may supplement or <br /> complement the municipal services provided through Town government. <br /> (This meeting proceeded out of order ofthe Agenda as c .dined. <br /> OLD BUSINESS : <br /> l.. SEA Consultants_, Inc . - Final Report. The final report <br /> on Water Supply and Distribution System Management Plan was. received <br /> on February 24, 1987 . Selectman Lawrence moved to adopt the -report -as <br /> a. framework within which to work. Mrs . Thomas seconded the motion. <br /> The Grote was unanimous * <br /> 2a water Quality Review Committee . The Committee notified <br /> the Board of Selectmen 'n a memorandum dated February 25 , 1987 that <br /> the members unanimously voted to recommend the adoption of the water <br /> Supply and Distribution System Management ent Plan presented by SEA Con- <br /> sultants , Inc <br /> 3 . wa.teruaTit Review Committee . The Committee sub- <br /> mitted. a. request for Test well Funding (article 19 on the March 23, <br /> 1987 Special. Town Meeting Warrant)- and discussed this request 'in a <br /> memorandum Ddu dated February 24, 1987.' It was unanimously agreed to <br /> insert on the Warrant of the Annual Town Meeting the same article <br /> with the modification's suggested in the above-referenced memorandum. <br /> . B wdoin Road. Mr. Murphy stated that Assistant Town <br /> Counsel has prodded Wayne Tavares of Heritage Landscapes of :cape Cod , <br /> inc . with an opinion of the status of the title for Bowdoin load. He <br /> also noted his communication t o Mr. Tavares dated February 27'# 1987 . <br /> Mr. Murphy stated that it has cone to light that the person who was <br /> going to donate her interest in that road, doesn' t own it, The C .a,ir- <br /> .a stated that r. l urph shall pursue this matter and that the <br /> article will stay on the warrant for Annual Town Meeting. lir. Hanson <br /> noted that he is meeting with Assistant Town Counsel tomorrow' March 5, <br /> 1987, to further discuss the matter, <br /> 5• Double D's Ice Crean Parlour. Inc .- This matter concerns <br /> a, renewal application for License for six pin ball machines at' an <br /> establishment located on Route 28. There was a question about the <br /> legal rare of this establishment. Mr. Murphy will clarify. <br /> 6. Pao prat Dredging. Mr. Murphy stated that a., letter <br /> dated February 28, 1987 has been received 'from Dr. Aubrey concerning <br /> no bids being received on the latest advertisement of dredging speci- <br /> fications . Dr. Aubrey discussed three options for theBoard's refer <br /> Mrs . Thomas recommended going out for rebidding immediately with <br /> modifications to the plans and spec ificatio'ns option #1) . She <br /> emphasized that this action is "band-aid 'surgery' but that the alter- <br /> naties are not satisfactory at this time Board members <br /> unanimously <br />
