MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JULY 11,2015 <br /> Mr. Furbush read that the Board of Health had no comments. The comments from the <br /> Inspection Department were read into the record at the previous hearing. <br /> Mr. Furbush commented to the Board that the condition was that the dock could not be <br /> started until there was an occupancy permit issued for the house. He has no issues as long <br /> as there are no changes made to the dock. <br /> Mr. Goldstein made a motion to approve the petition request for 9 Ockway Bay Road to <br /> Mr. William R. Haney for an extension to the existing Special Permit SP-2012-30 under <br /> Section 174-25.1.9 of the Zoning Bylaws that was issued back on July 11,2012 for landing, <br /> stairs, pier, ramp and float on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 99 Parcel <br /> 49, Mashpee MA to Mary E. Zoechi, Trustee. This is issued with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special <br /> Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2, Site Plan —Site Design Plan, Owner of Record: Mary E. Zocchi, Trustee, Zocchi <br /> Realty Trust, 416 Beacon St., Boston, MA., 9 Ockway Bay Road, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sheet 1 of 2,Date: 06/17112, Scale: 1"=30',Dwg File: OCKWAYBAY_9,Design <br /> by: DF, Checked by: Christopher Costa, PLS, Prepared by Christopher Costa & <br /> Associates, Inc. <br /> 3. Conditioned upon all Town Department comments read into the record. <br /> 4. Condition upon a certificate of occupancy for the new home must be issued <br /> before the dock is started. <br /> 5. The Board also extends the date of issuance of the Special Permit SP-2012-30 two <br /> years to the date of July 11, 2020. <br /> Mr. Gould seconded,yes, Mr. Blaisdell,yes,Mr. Furbush, yes, and Ms. Sangeleer yes. All <br /> were in favor of the extending the Special Permit for the dock. <br /> NEW HEARINGS <br /> 39 Bayshore Drive: Owners, Craig and Carolyn Potter request a Written Finding under <br /> §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of a 62 sq. ft. kitchen addition on <br /> property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 108 Parcel 45, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Mr. Craig Potter and Carolyn Potter represented themselves for the application. They are <br /> requesting to enlarge their kitchen by moving a 10 ft. wall in the back of the house about <br /> 6.5 ft: Mr. Potter provided a current site plan that depicted the proposed addition. He said <br /> that the space is currently occupied on the rear deck, and does not increase the foot print of <br /> the house. He said he received permission from Conservation. <br /> 2 <br />
