MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JULY 11, 2018 <br /> After review the application with the Building Department, Mr. Potter was told to apply <br /> with Zoning because a variance was issued when the house was built, and the garage was <br /> built 12.5 ft. from the rear right corner from the property line instead of 15 ft. The project <br /> is not impacting the garage at all, and will not be extending any closer to the property line. <br /> Vice Chairman, Bill Blaisdell asked the Building Commissioner to comment on the reason <br /> for the application to the Board. Mr. Mendoza said that the Board needs to make a <br /> determination whether or not the situation is more non-conforming. <br /> The Board reviewed the lot coverage and had no issues. <br /> Mr. Goldstein read the Board of Health comments and Conservation comments into the <br /> record. <br /> Mr. Gould read the Inspection Department comments into the record. <br /> Mr. Mendoza commented that back in 1984 the Board had issued a special permit <br /> subdivision for this location. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board and no comments from the audience. <br /> Mr. Goldstein made a motion to approve the Written Finding to Owners,Craig and Carolyn <br /> Potter, with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written <br /> Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2.
