Thomas reported that the three bids received were <br /> opened on Monday, June 1: 1957 at moon. -They will be reviewed by <br /> the consultants and Town Counsel. <br /> Mrs . Thomas stated that Greg Smith has informed her that <br /> Save P pponesset Bay, Inc . has been formed as a. means of gathering <br /> funds ;to help with this dredging project. Their attorney has worked <br /> with Town Counsel on this organization. <br /> 6. Trus-tees of Reservations * Thomas S v Foster, Regional <br /> Supervisor of the Trustees of Reservations , reported in a letter <br /> dated May 22 , 1987 that on April 28 , T987 the Southeast Regional <br /> Committee ittee voted to grant permission to install monitoring wells on <br /> the leas pe e River Reservation. Their major concern is that the <br /> property will not be adversely affected. A copy of the terms and <br /> conditions o-, this agreement will be submitted -to Michael Hanlon <br /> of Wes-ton & Sampson for review. Mr. Hanson moved that the Board <br /> authorize the C .ai-rwoman to execute this agreement after such re, <br /> view, Nor. Got- lieb seconded the motion., The Grote was unanimous . <br /> . Negotiations on S u b s i ona.l Sewage., Treatment■_Systems . <br /> In a memorandum dated May 28p 1987 , Town Planner Thomas Fuda.la, re <br /> commended that the Board of Selectmen establish a. committee or <br /> working group to conduct negotiations between the Town and the <br /> Various developers included in the proposed sub-regional sewage. <br /> treatment plants . He noted that the first two sub-regional pro- <br /> pOsals are noir at a point w ere Weston & Sampson a.s prepared <br /> proposed agreements between the Town and the other involved parties . <br /> In order to ensure consistency between the agreements and negotiations <br /> and to make sure that appropriate Town officials are involved, these <br /> agreements should be reviewed by and further negotiations should be <br /> conducted by the proposed group. He did suggest that there be a, more strict control <br /> of parking on the site and a, more clearly defined -parking arrange- <br /> ment. Mr. Murphy will forward a, copy of Mr..
