Mr.- blurphy stated that the Harbormaster has requested that Peter Salenius and Edward G v ni be appointed as Assistant Harbormasters , lir. Govoni has agreed, to serve without eo pe sa.tion as monies are not available , Mr. Ko lonsky said that Mr. S al enius would be assigned to I s hpe e-wake y Pond primarily. Mr. Caster moved that Peter Sale ius be appointed as '.Assistant Harbormaster. Mro Lawrence seconded the motion, The vote was un- animous . Mr. Hanson moved that Edward Govoni be appointed a Assistant Harbormaster. Mr. Carter seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous ,, Nora Carter moved that .Donald Lund be appointed to serve as Assistant Harbormaster without o mpens alt ion. Mrs , Thomas seconded the motion. Nor. Hanson and Mr. lawrence were opposed Mr. Carter requested that the issue of appointing Donald lUnd to the position of Assistant Harbormaster be placed on the agenda for the next meeting of the Board scheduled to be held on July 6, 1987. _ . ign Review. Committee ; r. Gottlieb moved that the Board of selectmen appoint Stephen Van Tol to the Design Review Committee. Mr. Lawrence seconded the motions r. Carter and Mr. Hanson were in favor of this motion. Mrs , Thomas abstained from voting. This appointment is for a period of one year. Constable : Tho appointment of constables will be reviewed and acted upon at the meeting of the Board of Selectmen to be held on jury 6 , 19879 Attaquin Park Committee : Mr. Gottlieb moved that the Board appoint Robin dicks as a member of this Committee for a. term of one year. Mr. Lawrence seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous . Assistant Shellfish rden: Action on this appointment was deferred to the meeting scheduled to be held on July 6 . 1987, 2. High wood water CPO - draft letter for approval, The Chairwoman reported that she and Town Counsel have drafted a, letter, submitted at this meeting, as a. follow-up of the meeting of June 11, 1987, The draft letter sets forth intentions by both parties regarding a suppT� of water for Sumrerwood, Asher's Path, and Cotuit Corners . It also contains a request for the draft of the proposed utility agreement for review and comment by the Board.
