DEE had been made aware of this situation although i a. ears as though Mr. Tilden did not receive this information. I was unanimously agreed that this information will be conveyed to Christopher Tilden in writing. APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS : (conte ) 2. Bria.rwood and Summerwood Pro 'ects . William Jones , Chairman of the waiter Commissioners , was present o report on these projects . He submitted a. written summary of a portion of thepro- ceedings of the Annual Meeting of the Summerwood bier's Association which was held on S a.turday, August 15, 1987'. Anthony Zuena. of. SEA Consultants , Ince was present to discuss easement plans and-,t.a re- view e-view tlia-, schedule they -hope to maintain particularly with regard t Summerwood. He s ald- that based on a meeting held several weeks ago with a representative of High wood Water Company and the Town Player and the Board of water Commissioners , "we' ve adopted a, fast-track plan for the Summerwood Project and have begun working without an agreement. . .I do have an Agreement for the Board tonight". Mr. Zuena gave details on the schedule, He said, " aemen plan research has already begun for work on the Summerwood complex and as part of the Asher's Path project overall there are , 1 believe , nine streets that are private ways where easement would also be required. we are Pre- Pared to have all of the easement plan-work complete , optimistically by September l5 and on the outside , September 3 Special Town Meeting will need to be held so that the Town can accept those ease- . meats prior to them being recorded. I am asking that you do whatever you can to accelerate the time requirements to schedule a Special f Town Meeting so ;that it can be held by late September or the 'first week in October. At the same time we can handle the Br,ia.rvood ea.se- mets . Ir. Zuena continued , "When we originally put budge esti- mates together for the Summerwood project, it was my understanding that the water mains were going to essentially go to the entrance to Summerwood and not be on the Summerwood property and certainly not the physical connections t o the plumbing to the building. It is m understanding now that ;that is going to be the situation, . .tha High Wood's water supply would be connected directly to the building, My c one e r is that the budget estimate that we gave for the entire sum. erwood-Asher's Path project may not be adequate. I say mai not' because we intentionally budgeted on the high side for the over- all project. I'd suggest that a. warrant article be placed leaving a blank for the amount of additional monies we might meed for the project because by the end September we ' ll know if the current ppro r aiation is enough based on our more detailed estimates .
