Murphy stated that on August 3 , 1987 , the Board of Selectmen made <br /> a. policy decision with regard to the handling of proposed zoning <br /> changes through article. He said that it is now proposed that this <br /> Policy be amended or rescinded. After discussion, Mr. Gottlieb moved <br /> that the Board amend the policy to read , too zoning articles , except <br /> those petitioned by a. party legally entitled under Massachusetts <br /> General -Law (Chapter , Section and legally petitioned zoning <br /> articles shall be allowed . to be put on the warrant by the Board o <br /> Selectmen until they have been reviewed by and approved Town <br /> Counsel 0 �� �' <br /> as rme r.
