Consultants have may <br /> not be appropriate for a taking plan because he does not know <br /> if there are any drainage areas in that road. Sel . Thomas <br /> said that she would think that it would be the Planning <br /> Board-'s Town Engineer , Char l ie Rowley, who would make the <br /> determination . She suggested they contact Tom Pudal a, the <br /> Town Planner , to check. <br /> el . Carter said that they want to see if the easement plans <br /> are sufficient for the road-taking plans. Mr . Orlando asked <br /> what if they are not sufficient? He said that it says in the <br /> by-laws that the Board of Selectmen would put an article on <br /> the special town meeting to get the funds to make the plans. <br /> Joe Murphy said that the conversion plans speaks to March I <br /> which the Director of Public Works would make his recommenda- <br /> tion <br /> ecomm nda- <br /> tion to the Beard by March I for an Annual Town Meeting and <br /> at an Annual Town Meeting or Special Town Meeting, the <br /> Selectmen coul d do it . <br /> el .
