Mr, <br /> Hanson and Mr. Gottlieb were in favor, Mr. Lawrence <br /> abst i ned. <br /> Mrs, Jacobson moved to deny the extension of a Common <br /> Vietualler All Alcoholic Beverage License for the New <br /> Seabury Company Limited Partnership (d/b/a New seebur <br /> Country Club) for the Mews Conference Center on the grounds <br /> that the public necessity and convenience would not be <br /> served in granting this 1icense as it would be detrimental <br /> to the immediate neighborhood as well as the Town; further <br /> that there are adequate licensed facilities in the area to <br /> serge the pub I i c. therefore there is no demonstrated pub t i c <br /> need. Mr, Carter seconded the motion. M . Hanson and Mr * <br /> Gottlieb were in favor, Mr, Lawrence abstained. <br />
