Harrington reported o the shortfall in the Medical Insurance Account to be ap' proximately $60,000. This is due to the -9 additional employees. There are approximately 6 employees in- the school, 1 in the Board of Selectmen' s office and 1 in- she Police Station. The money ill be transferred From Free cash, : 20 p.m. Selectman Gottlieb has left the Meeting. Article 4,P, This is in tandem with Article 1. Article 5: Two trailer parkS , will be reimbursed for $43, 050 for over payment, Article 6* There is no cost involvement with the agreement to take Donna' s Lane by eminent domain, 22 p.m. Selectman Gottlieb has returned to the Meeting. Article 7: This involves a transfer of money From the Board o Assessor' s salary and wage account to their expense account for a data entry position, Article $944 will be transferred to Fund the salary and wage accounts From Flections and Registration, Animal Control, Shellfish and Council on Aging that were miscalculated. Article 9. This will recind the authority to issue Following unissued balance's. of authorized bonds or notes persuant to the articles of Article 9 From the year ended 1988. This is an attempt to clear-up various accounts. Article 10: This involves the outstanding contract with the Police Department. Article 11: This is also an outstanding contract. Article 12: An outstanding contrast with the Fire Departmenti, Mr. 'Harrington h .s recommended to go forward, Article 13: A shortfall of $441 to derivefrom-..,free cash Article 14: If the provisions are adopted, Mashpee will become, eligible for funding of. equipment. This is in regards to the 911 emergency response system. i Article 15: The proposed regulations drafted by Mr. Harrington and 'own counsel will charge $5. 00 per day for each operator proposed. Article 16: This would transfer money from the salary and wage account of the Planning Department to purchase hard and software for a geographical information system. Article 17: The money will be transferred from completed construct- ion projects to the Senior Center to renovate the existing building. The motion was made by Selectman Gottlieb to execute the Special 'down Meeting Warrant. The motion was seconded by Selectman Jacobson. The Board approves the execution. Selectman Lawrence made note he is opposed to Article 2 and Article 16.
