This will recind the authority to issue Following <br /> unissued balance's. of authorized bonds or notes persuant to the articles <br /> of Article 9 From the year ended 1988. This is an attempt to clear-up <br /> various accounts. <br /> Article 10: This involves the outstanding contract with the <br /> Police Department. <br /> Article 11: This is also an outstanding contract. <br /> Article 12: An outstanding contrast with the Fire Departmenti, <br /> Mr. 'Harrington h .s recommended to go forward, <br /> Article 13: A shortfall of $441 to derivefrom-..,free cash <br /> Article 14: If the provisions are adopted, Mashpee will become, <br /> eligible for funding of. equipment. This is in regards to the 911 <br /> emergency response system. i <br /> Article 15: The proposed regulations drafted by Mr. Harrington and <br /> 'own counsel will charge $5. 00 per day for each operator proposed. <br /> Article 16: This would transfer money from the salary and wage <br /> account of the Planning Department to purchase hard and software for a <br /> geographical information system. <br /> Article 17: The money will be transferred from completed construct- <br /> ion projects to the Senior Center to renovate the existing building. <br /> The motion was made by Selectman Gottlieb to execute the Special <br /> 'down Meeting Warrant. The motion was seconded by Selectman Jacobson. <br /> The Board approves the execution. <br /> Selectman Lawrence made note he is opposed to Article 2 and <br /> Article 16. <br />
