OneDay.-Liquor Lice: <br /> The second event for Mashpee Commons merchants and Fields Point Ltd. , <br /> is a, one day liquor license on August 10, 1991 from P.m. to 10: 00 P.m. <br /> which' the culmination of the Mashpee Music Festival. <br /> It was noted by the applicant Police and Fire will be hired for <br /> the two events. <br /> Selectman Carter asked if Mashpee Commons merchants is a legal <br /> entity? Since they. are not incorporated, Fields Point Ltd, should be <br /> the only applicant. <br /> Selectman an Hanson has stepped down for this hearing. Selectman <br /> Lawrence has left the room for this issue. <br /> The motion was rade by Selectman Gottlieb to approve the one dad` <br /> liquor .license for May 25, 1991. The motion was seconded by Selectman <br /> Jacobson. The Grote of the Board is unanimous. The vote is 3-o, <br /> The motion was made by Selectman Gottlieb to approve the �-one; ,d. y <br /> liquor license for August 10, 1991. The motion was seconded by Selectman <br /> Jacobson. The vote of the Board ,is unanimous. The gate is 3-0. <br /> It is the consensus of the Board to approve the concerts on <br /> Friday nights, The scheduled hours and events are to vary. <br /> Acceptance of Bid for Food and Soft Drink Concession: <br /> The motion was made by Selectman Gottlieb to approve the services <br /> of International on Cape Cod in Hyannis to retain the food and soft <br /> drink concessions at south Cape Beach. <br /> The motion was seconded by Selectman Lawrence. The vote of the: <br /> Board is unanimous, The vote is 5-00 <br /> intment of Interim Mechanic for the DPW <br /> It was noted by Mr. Harrington the applicant is well aware of the <br /> d-e `i itis e date of the encs of May or early June for employment termination, <br /> The r _otion was node by Selectman Gottlieb to approve the interim <br /> mechanic position in the DPIP to Mr, John Bungo i The motion was seconded'- <br /> by <br /> Selectman Jacobson. The vote of the Board is unanimous. The vote is <br /> 5-0, <br /> I <br /> Water-. 0perations Trainin& Planm. <br /> Lt. Dion and Captain Cusolito were present to discuss the water <br /> operations training plan with the Board. The training of the National <br /> Guard soldiers will involve water and small boat operations and basic <br /> water safety, <br /> Approximately 4-6 hours of water safety training will be conducted <br /> in and out of rubber rafts around Con u et Point through I ashpee pond <br /> to the vicinity of the state Boat Ramp, <br /> Since it is involved on a, Thursday during pre-season, Selectman <br /> Hanson feels there should be no problem with this event. <br /> The motion was rade by Selectman Gottlieb to approve the Water <br /> Operations Training Plan scheduled for May 16, 1991* The motion was <br /> seconded by selectman Lawrence, The vote of the Board is unanimous. <br /> The vote is 5-05 <br />
