Well, I'm certainly not aware of Mr. ottlieb' s request states Selectman Lawrence. It certainly wasn' t made to ane and I think that it is important that we take care of this procedure, Mr. Lawrence as the clerk would be acting Chairman, no, I am sorry it is Mr. Hanson states Selectman Jacobson. I would like to talk to Attorney Reardon and. ask if this is in fact representative of the majority of the Board and if in fact a. 2-1 is - a legal gate asks Selectman Ca.ff n. I think the first issue Nancy is the vote of the Board to put this on the agenda states ,attorney Reardon. The Board voted to do that. The Board has the power to do that even though a member may of asked to be present. So that would of been. .There is a quorum of the Board present there is a five member Board, three constitutes a quorum. There is a. simple majority. , Is Mrs. Jacobson actually exempted from this vote when she. on a simple vote of putting it on the agenda., there' s not o . tha.t she has to step dowry states Selectman Caffyn. She is not voting for herself at that time. I hear you states Mr. Reardon. She could of voted at that time but it was seemingly that we changed for approval. I don' t think she had a. right or needed to step down at that time.
