Director: Selectman Gottlieb feels the DPW Director should be someone who lives in Town, who has worked in Town and knows the needs of the Town. An important factor is a candidate - with an engineering degree. Mr. Taylor has a. better unix of skill to meet the Town' s needs Many of them have good attributes states 'Selectman -Lawrence.
