She suggests Mr. Harrington return with a. schedule after <br /> discussing this with Mr. Benway.. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Appointment of Weighers and Measurers: <br /> This is a successful revenue enhancement stmtes Mr. Harrington, <br /> It is requested that the Board appoint three regular Police Officers <br /> as weighers and measurers to conduct the testing and w ghing. This <br /> is pursuant to Chapter 41, Section 85. <br /> There is no addi ional cost to the Town. This will be part o <br /> their regular duty states lir. Harrington. The Patrolmen' involved <br /> if approved are John Dami, Matthew Clancy and Randy DeMellon <br /> There is also discussion as to the purchase states Mr. Harrington. <br /> The scales pay f +r themselves fairly quickly. <br /> Selectman Caffyn asks of the appointment period's It is one <br /> year under statute states Attorney Reardon. The Town bylaw is to <br /> expire on June 30th, he suggests to consider appointment for the <br /> remainder of the year. <br /> The motion was rade by Selectman. C a.f fyn to appoint John Dani, <br /> Matthew Clancy and Randy DeMello as Weighers and Measurers to expire <br /> on June 3o, 1992. The motion was seconded by Selectman Hanson. The <br /> vote of the Board is unanimous. The vote is 3-o. <br /> 32 p.m. sea. Lire Bus: <br /> Mr. Halpern was present to ask the Board for their support to <br /> have the Seas Lime Bus enter into the heart of la.shpee. For the Board' s <br /> review is a petition signed by 176 people of Mashpee who are current <br /> and would be users of the Sea. bine Bus. <br /> This is a timed bus- and relatively inexpensive to travel from <br /> Falmouth to Mashpee . A book of twenty rides costs $15. 00 explains <br /> Mr. Halpern, This would help people attain jobs in area to s. <br /> Mr. Halpern is proposing to slightly change the bus mute to <br /> stop along 130 (Great Neck Rd.
